Welcome to Meet & Dine! Before you register and participate in our exciting social dining competition, please carefully read these Terms & Conditions. By signing up and participating, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.

1.⁠ ⁠GENERAL OVERVIEW

Meet & Dine is a social networking and dining competition based in Nigeria, where participants compete in a unique dining experience to win prizes. The show is designed for fun, entertainment, and connection.

Participants will take turns hosting dinner nights for their assigned groups and will be judged based on hospitality, creativity, food quality, and overall experience.

The competition is open to individuals aged 21 and above who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

2.⁠ ⁠ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To participate in Meet & Dine, you must:

✔️ Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
✔️ Be residing in Nigeria.
✔️ Have a valid government-issued ID (e.g., National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License).
✔️ Be willing to host a dinner night if selected.
✔️ Have no criminal record or history of fraudulent activities.
✔️ Be available for filming, interviews, and media appearances related to the show.

Meet & Dine reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or violates these terms.

3.⁠ ⁠REGISTRATION & SELECTION PROCESS

✔️ Participants must complete the official registration form on meetanddine.ng.
✔️ A non-refundable registration fee is required to confirm participation.
✔️ Participants will be randomly grouped and notified of their selection via email or phone.
✔️ Selected participants must confirm their availability for all scheduled competition dates.

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and replacement.

4.⁠ ⁠COMPETITION STRUCTURE

✔️ Each participant will host one dinner night, providing food and entertainment for their group.
✔️ Participants will rate each other’s hosting skills based on creativity, hospitality, and overall experience.
✔️ The highest-rated host from each group will advance to the final round.
✔️ The ultimate winner will be crowned Nigeria’s Ultimate Host and awarded ₦1,000,000 cash prize (or as advertised for the season).

Meet & Dine reserves the right to modify the competition format at any time.

5.⁠ ⁠CODE OF CONDUCT

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience, all participants must adhere to the following:

✔️ Respect & Hospitality: Treat fellow contestants with kindness, fairness, and respect.
✔️ No Discrimination or Harassment: Any form of racial, gender-based, religious, or personal discrimination will result in immediate disqualification.
✔️ Honesty in Scoring: Participants must vote fairly and not manipulate scores to favor or sabotage others.
✔️ No Cheating or Misconduct: Any attempt to cheat, bribe, or manipulate results will lead to removal from the competition.
✔️ Compliance with Filming Rules: Participants must cooperate with production teams during recording, interviews, and promotional activities.
✔️ Adherence to Health & Safety Regulations: Food hygiene and safety standards must be maintained at all times.

Any participant who violates these rules may be removed from the show and banned from future participation.

6.⁠ ⁠FILMING, MEDIA RIGHTS & CONFIDENTIALITY

✔️ By participating, contestants grant Meet & Dine full rights to use their name, image, videos, and likeness for promotional purposes.
✔️ All episodes, clips, and behind-the-scenes footage remain the intellectual property of Meet & Dine.
✔️ Participants must not disclose confidential show details (e.g., competition results) until the season is aired.

Any breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action and disqualification.

7.⁠ ⁠PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION

✔️ The contestant with the highest overall rating will be declared Nigeria’s Ultimate Host.
✔️ The winner will receive the ₦1,000,000 grand prize (or as announced for the season).
✔️ Meet & Dine may also offer additional endorsement deals, brand partnerships, and sponsorships.
✔️ The prize is non-transferable and must be claimed within 30 days of the official announcement.

In case of a tie, Meet & Dine reserves the right to determine the winner through additional criteria (e.g., a panel of expert judges).

8.⁠ ⁠DISQUALIFICATION & REMOVAL

A participant may be disqualified at any stage if they:
❌ Violate any of these Terms & Conditions.
❌ Engage in fraud, cheating, or bribery.
❌ Exhibit violent, abusive, or discriminatory behavior.
❌ Fail to meet eligibility requirements.
❌ Attempt to sabotage the competition or spread false information about the show.

Meet & Dine has the final decision on all disqualifications, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

9.⁠ ⁠REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

✔️ The registration fee is non-refundable once payment is made.
✔️ If a participant withdraws voluntarily, no refunds or compensations will be given.
✔️ In the event that Meet & Dine cancels the competition, registered participants will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

10.⁠ ⁠LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

✔️ Meet & Dine is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by participants during the show.
✔️ Participants assume full responsibility for their health, safety, and personal belongings.
✔️ Meet & Dine is not liable for disputes between contestants or any unforeseen circumstances affecting participation.

By registering, participants waive all legal claims against Meet & Dine, its sponsors, and partners.

11.⁠ ⁠MODIFICATIONS & AMENDMENTS

Meet & Dine reserves the right to:
✔️ Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
✔️ Adjust the competition structure as needed.
✔️ Change filming dates, locations, or other logistical details.

Any changes will be communicated to participants via email, website updates, or direct messages.
